Traditional Chinese Medicine

Keeping the body in a state of balance

Chinese Medicine is an ancient, integrated, healing system that has been used for thousands of years to treat injury and illness. When Qi (energy) flows freely along pathways known as meridians, one can feel energized and relaxed.

The Eight Branches of Chinese Medicine

Did you know there are eight branches of Chinese Medicine? They are: Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxabustion, Eastern Nutrition, Tuina and Tai Ji (Tai Chi).

Customized Care

You are unique. Your course of treatment will differ from the next person. You may need a few sessions to resolve your problem, or you may find that regular, ongoing acupuncture treatments can help you maintain your optimal level of health. Either way, we will come up with a plan that suits your needs.

Payment + Insurance

We are cashless and accept debit and credit. Do check with your insurance provider to confirm that your benefits cover Acupunture. We will provide you with an invoice with our registration number to provide to your insurance provider.

How to get the most out of your treatment?

  • Please fill out your intake form and sign the consent form prior to your arrival.
  • Do not come to your appointment on a full stomach or an empty stomach, somewhere in the middle is great.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes early and use the washroom if needed before your appointment.
  • It is not always possible, but if you can, please try to schedule your appointment at a time that when you leave your treatment you are not putting yourself in a busy or stressful situation.
  • Thank yourself. Self-care is an investment in yourself.
